1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, provided the item is in stock.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Custom-made or pre-order items may have a longer processing time. The estimated delivery window is always displayed on the product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship with reliable carriers such as Bpost, DPD, DHL or UPS, depending on the destination, parcel size, and service availability.
Typical delivery times:

Belgium & The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

Luxembourg, Germany, France: 2–5 business days

Rest of Europe: 3–8 business days
These are indicative transit times provided by the carriers.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the delivery destination and the type of products in your order. We distinguish between standard items (home decor, lighting, textiles, accessories) and large or heavy furniture (such as lounge chairs, sunbeds, tables or benches).

Important note on furniture & oversized items
Large or heavy furniture items require special handling and transport.
For furniture orders below the free shipping threshold, a country-specific shipping cost applies, calculated per item and depending on size and quantity.
All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Split Shipments
If your order contains both standard-size and oversized items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a tracking link for each shipment.
5. Delivery & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email.
Please note:

Carriers may provide delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact time slots.

If the carrier is unable to deliver, they may leave a notice or bring your parcel to a local pickup point.
6. International Shipping
We ship across Europe. Duties or import taxes (if applicable outside the EU) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

Your order number
We will open a claim with the carrier and provide you with a solution as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped, but additional shipping fees may apply.
