Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it following the guidelines below.
Return Conditions
- Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized items, gift cards, and hygiene-related products.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded.
Damage & Issues
We take great care in ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately. To help us assess and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Clear photos of both the package and the damaged/incorrect product(s).
- A brief description of the issue.
Important:
- We do not accept returns based on minor variations in color, material, or design. Our products are handmade from natural materials, and slight imperfections or variations are part of their unique charm.
How to Return an Item?
- Register your return: Email us at info@vibesdelmundo with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Pack the item securely and include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vibesdelmundo.com.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order.
